This campaign has concluded, and all rewards were distributed months ago. Despite the challenges of 2020, Onyx Path and Handiwork Games managed to add this tome of creatures to our bookshelves and, at the same time, add an entire catalogue of threats to your Scarred Lands 5E game.
Almost through this challenging year.
The Collection is Complete
That's it! That's all of our rewards, now sitting on your harddrive or on your digital shelf at DriveThruRPG.com or alongside your roleplaying books in your game shelf. Which means this will likely be the final update for this project.

LAST CALL FOR SCARRED LANDS: DEAD MAN'S RUST
Dead Man’s Rust is a campaign suitable for new or existing characters that takes place throughout the Hornsaw Forest region of central Ghelspad. The story opens in the city of Leoni where the adventurers meet an aging Broadreach dwarf named Dradoki Bronzeleaf, who is looking for a group to escort him to the Broadreach Horizon, the last pristine region of the Hornsaw Forest, so that he can live out his final days among his people. When the party arrives in the Broadreach Horizon, they discover a foul mystery. A century of hollow legionnaires, dispatched to the area from the Gleaming Valley on a diplomatic mission, has seen several of their members go missing. Their leader, Rivana, seeks help locating her missing soldiers. The investigation takes the party across the Hornsaw Forest and reveals an emerging threat in the form of a magical plague called Legionnaire’s Rust that could spell total destruction for the hollow legionnaires and their hollow knight progenitors. The quest to end this terrible plague leads the adventurers to the cities of the Gleaming Valley and ultimately into the foul necropolis of the necromancers of Glivid-Autel. Each area the campaign passes through is presented as a detailed sandbox filled with threats, story hooks, NPCs, and potential rewards. Aside from events that are directly attached to the core plot, Dead Man’s Rust provides a robust sandbox offering elements that can drive gameplay for countless hours at the table. The book offers a core, linear campaign nestled in a thoroughly developed and flavorful environment unlike anything seen previously in 5e.

Hello Creature Collectors!
As noted in my last update, Onyx Path's latest kickstarter campaign will likely be of particular interest to Scarred Lands fans - it's a new mega-adventure/campaign called Dead Man's Rust!
At the Night of Chronicles in the city of Leoni, the adventurers enjoy a wild revel. Opportunity arises when the aging bard Dradoki Bronzeleaf hires the party to escort him to the Broadreach Horizon. The perilous voyage takes the group through titanspawn infested lands, but should they survive, they arrive at the last bastion of uncorrupted wood in the Hornsaw Forest. There they meet the clans of the Broadreach elves and a century of hollow legionnaires dispatched to the Forest of Blood to offer aid and friendship.
But a dark shadow looms over the accursed wood. The necromancers of Glivid-Autel sew corruption and death throughout the Hornsaw Forest. Legionnaires, elves, and dwarves go missing. A horrific infection appears, seemingly targeting the legionnaires. The adventurers are called on to stand against these foul machinations that threaten peace, prosperity, and life itself across central Ghelspad. They may find allies in the Broadreach Horizon, the Gleaming Valley, and perhaps even the bloody canopies of the Hornsaw Forest, if they are brave enough to answer the call to adventure!
Dead Man’s Rust contains:

It's looking like Dead Man's Rust, a mega-adventure for Scarred Lands, will likely be Onyx Path's final Kickstarter campaign for 2020. You can follow along with all of Onyx Path's projects via their Monday Meeting notes blog, posted each week and tracking all current and upcoming projects.
When the campaign for Dead Man's Rust launches, you'll see mention of it on the Onyx Path website, discussed in their Monday Meeting notes, and I'll likely have an update out to Creature Collection backers letting them know it has started! Hello Creature Collectors,
In my last update, I noted that it was time to lock in addresses in preparation for the final fulfillment stage of this kickstarter campaign. And, here we go...
It's James, the Onyx Path Kickstarter Concierge, brining this campaign in for a landing.
This year has thrown every obstacle it could at us, but after many delays, the books have been received into the fulfillment center and are about to begin the final stages of fulfillment.
Our fulfillment partner, Studio2, will begin working on Picking, Packing, and Preparing to ship Scarred Lands: Creature Collection over the next few weeks. Due to reduced staffing configurations and social distance spacing, as well as the different reward configurations and paperwork, and the schedule of courier pick-ups, they're likely processing in a few waves:
Domestic, US shipments
Canada and Mexico
Non-EU and Non-European international shipments
EU and European shipments
It took a lot longer than usual (or expected) for the books to deliver from the printer to their warehouse, and then a bit longer to actually receive it into their inventory. Getting it out the door will also likely take a bit longer than usual, but the process is about to start, and things are moving! So excited to get this one, some 20 years after I bought the first iteration of the Scarred Lands Creature Collection (for 3rd Edition!) back in 2000!
TRACKING INFORMATION
Normally, US backers would start seeing deliveries a week or two after the orders have left the warehouse, but the strain on delivery infrastructure during this pandemic has a cascading effect that's just slowing all processes down. That's also affecting tracking updates - but, I'm told, information should catch up as packages move through the system. You may end up receiving your book before your tracking status gets updated, but the good news is that, eventually, everything should be delivered and confirmed.
As the orders ship, you will (*should*) get an e-mail with Tracking Information.
Once the orders ship, the fulfillment team is able to take the Tracking information and load it into the BackerKit Pledge Manager system. Your tracking information may take 2-5 days to update at any given time, so you may see "Pre-Shipment" as it filters out to the various shipping agencies, but it should update as it travels and eventually delivers to you.
Again: You'll have your tracking numbers sent via the e-mail provided to Backerkit, and shortly thereafter, you will also be able to access your Tracking number in Backerkit by reviewing your Order Confirmation.
Your BackerKit page has:
1 - Your Reward Tier
2 - Your BackerKit e-mail
3 - the TRACKING NUMBER for your shipment (once it's been uploaded)

Urgent Info Updates
If your shipping information has changed since we locked it down three weeks ago, please contact me ASAP via e-mail and let me know. In your e-mail, please let me know your new, correct, shipping address. At this point, it will be a manual process to get your address changed so having the info up front can get it to Studio2 faster and hopefully catch anything before it goes out the door.
If you've got any other delivery issues, let me know and I'll do my best to sort them out for you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS
As noted in this update, it may take up to 5 days for Tracking Information to update. That said, tracking your packages - especially for international orders - can provide great assistance in solving minor issues before they become major issues.
International Shipping costs have gone up considerably - that's an understatement - since this project was first put together. The funds we collected during the kickstarter campaign now cover about 20%-50% of the cost of international shipping, so it's pretty important that we avoid any re-ships or additional shipping charges as much as possible. And that's where your help can really come in handy.
I've dealt with several situations where shipments were marked as "delivered" but the backer hadn't checked the tracking information for months, unaware that the package had been sitting at a neighbor's house or stuck in a local postal facility.
So, please, check your tracking number over the next few weeks. If you haven't received your package by, let's say October 30, review the tracking number to see where the issue might be.
Again, it may take up to 5 days for any status updates to appear, and depending on the country and carrier, each package may enjoy a different transit time. But if we're three weeks into November, let's see if we can sort out any delivery issues while everything's still fresh.
For example, if Package status indicates it was delivered but you never received it
Double-check your Backerkit CONFIRMATION PAGE (as detailed above) that the correct address was provided, and maybe check with your neighbors to make sure it wasn’t accidentally left there. If that doesn’t turn up anything, contact the carrier or your local post office to report the package as not received and please contact me using the Contact Creator button on kickstarter to let me know you didn’t get your order.
I've seen so many orders sitting in a local post office for 8 weeks while the recipient was left unaware that it was waiting. Additionally, other backers have solved issues almost immediately with a quick call to FedEx and providing their tracking number.
It's a HUGE help to me and Onyx Path if we can solve any wayward shipment or stuck orders in February, rather than waiting until the spring when shipping systems finally give up delivery attempts and return the items to our fulfillment partner (at an extra cost to Onyx Path). Let's avoid paying for multiple return shipments if we can! Thanks for your help in advance.

August 2020 Update - Prepare to lock in shipping information

I'm sending out the month end update a bit early this month to make sure that everyone is on track for our final stage of BackerKit lockdown and make sure you all have the schedule.
Lockdown James
Over the past few days, BackerKit has begun processing payments for Add Ons and pre-orders as we prepare for the penultimate stage of reward delivery. We've got one more step in the lockdown process:
CONFIRM SHIPPING INFORMATION - Please ensure your shipping information is up-to-date with your expected address for October 2020. Please ensure that this information is entered and correct by AUGUST24, 2020. In five days, I will take the shipping information we have for you in BackerKit and provide that to our fulfillment partners, so they can start picking and packing orders, with plans to maybe ship October.
Quick note on schedules and timelines
2020 continues to prove that time does not work the way you think, and all plans need to be adjustable on the fly. I'm trying to get out a little ahead to have room to make alterations as needed, but obviously, these dates and the idea of shipping in October are our best guesses based on current projections. Should things change, I'll send communication and we'll update as necessary.
I am now internally referring to all of this as "Q4 Shipping" though I hope to get everything out to you as quickly as possible. I will continue to update you as I have information.
